Message dated March 25 was read, stating the House passed SENATE                                    
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 23 with the following

 Page 2, line 11, following "Day":                                                                  
  Insert "and that this resolution is effective immediately"                                        
                                                                                                    
and so, SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 23 am H                                                    
Relating to declaring April 6, 2002, as Alaska Tartan Day, is returned                              
for consideration.                                                                                  
                                                                                                    
Senator Leman moved that the Senate concur in the House                                             
amendment.
